As a major provider of apprenticeship training in North Queensland, we employ about 120 apprentices across our mills at any one time and had 28 new apprentices join our mills in 2017 in trades such as electrical, boiler-making, fitting and turning, diesel fitting, and fitter machining. We also offer a graduate scheme for young engineers to develop the practical and business leadership skills essential to supporting their career development.
